- Provide a company email address for communications from search engines and outreach link building campaigns.
- Supply legal authorisation to use company images, logos, trademarks, content etc. as needed for on-page, social, and promotional SEO activities.
- Deliver additional website content in electronic format if the existing text is insufficient for optimisation purposes.
- Be responsive to our requests for feedback, content, and approvals throughout the campaign.
- Follow our recommendations on website structure, linking, content development, and other optimisation factors.
- Not make material changes to SEO elements without consulting us on implications first.
- Take full responsibility for the keywords used and optimised on the website after consulting with us. You agree to follow our guidelines in selecting keywords. If you insist on using different keywords than we advise, further approval must be obtained from us to ensure terms are not too competitive or obscure. This is necessary for achieving successful search engine rankings.
