Hosting & Data Collected

All of our hosting servers are located in then Data Center Park Nuremberg and Falkenstein, Germany as well as in the Data Center Park Helsinki, Finland provided by Hetzner. We only use those data centres as they are the only ones by Hetzner that uses renewable or sustainable energy such as solar panels or wind-mills.

Data Storage Location

Registration Data

If you register on our website’s shop, we store your chosen username, your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

Purchase Data

When you purchase a product in our store, some personal information is stored on our website’s database. That information is required for product delivery and tracking purposes.


When you leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form and the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

We don’t share your data with third parties in a way that reveals any of your personal information like email address, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners; we have to share limited data to provide the services you expect from us.


If you are a registered client with us, we keep your data until (if) you tell us to remove it. Once you stop being our client, that information is archived for TAX purposes for up to 5 years, after which they are automatically deleted.


We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorisation.


In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, contact affected users, and attempt to reset passwords if needed.
