In the event that a project is paused due to your failure to provide requested resources or respond in a timely manner, we reserve the right to impose a Project Restart Fee. This fee, which may amount to up to ten percent (10%) of the project's total cost, will be applicable if the project remains dormant for over two months or if you exceed the allocated time for response or resource provision and we have no other alternative but to pause the project due to other commitments.
